It's of my Raichu character Freyia, the Fairy-type Glowchu. This is her in the midst of her Archaic Rage, which is when her Fairy-type DNA infusion engulfs her and lends her its excess power- though this happens only under special circumstances, such as when faced with extreme danger or feeling powerful negative emotion. She's a force to be reckoned with in this state... I'd hate to be on the receiving end of her fury..
