This is Oreo, a Spinda I designed :3

Bio/History:
Oreo is a kind but timid Pokemon. She is very shy and
skittish, but when she becomes friends with someone she grows braver around them, even willing to put herself on the line for those she cares about. Oreo is daughter to a mother Spinda and father Delcatty. She loved her father more than anyone else. When she was young, her father disappeared while on a mission, leaving her mother to take care of her. Her mother always pressured and pushed her to train and work hard, but this brutal parenting made Oreo even more timid and afraid of other Pokemon, even her own mother. When Oreo was finally old enough to go journey out on her own, she brought her Indigo Ribbon with her, a trinket given to her by her father. One last gift he gave Oreo before he disappeared is her special move - Assist. She loves helping others and this move is her favorite to use. She wants to join a rescue team so she can search for the truth of how her father disappeared, as well as become stronger to prove to her mother she can take care of herself.}
