Pokeddexy Days 7 and 8: Fire- and Flying- Types

This one's a bit late, sorry!! I've been so busy and we actually adopted a lovely 6-month old dog from the shelter last weekend, so I've had my hands full with teaching and playing with her ;w; I have a bit of catching up to do in terms of Pokeddexy, so please hang on.

The second stage, Quilava was my favorite because I beat all the Gyms with it- I was 8 when I first played and I didn't realize what the "Run" button did haha. So I always battled every wild Pokemon- and my lil Cyndaquil evolved even before the first Gym. I had a lot of friends who had Typhlosion, and after seeing theirs, I was excited for mine to evolve into its third form. I nicknamed my Quilava "Typhie" since I couldn't remember how to spell Typhlosion...heh... After a while though, I realized I liked him much better in his second form, and also that none of my other friends had kept theirs unevolved. So I decided to keep him a Quilava, and he became that much more special to me.

The same idea happened with Hoppip- I kept it in its baby form. It was terribly underlevelled since it only knows Splash/Synthesis at first, so it had never even attempted to evolve until way later. I loved it all the same though! And I still do.
